The present general conditions are meant to rule exclusively the USERS' usage of only EAR-FLAP website. The present general conditions are shown to the USERS at the website www.ef-pack.com on each and every section, and whenever they introduce their personal data for filling up the forms available. 1.2.- EAR-FLAP can at any moment interrupt the access to it website if any usage against the law, the good faith or the present general conditions is detected.-See clause 5.

In case any clause of the present document should be declared void, other clauses will be still current and will be interpreted bearing in mind the will of the parts and the purpose itself of the present conditions. EAR-FLAP will not be able to exercise any of the rights and faculties awarded in this document what will not involve in any case the resignation to the same ones except express recognition on the part of EAR-FLAP.
